Health Care
Medical, dental, prescription, and vision plans are available for AMT employees, their spouses and children. Employees may elect to participate in one of two tiers of our cost-sharing benefit plans. AMT also provides you with the opportunity to enroll in a Health or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account that would allow you to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis in order to pay for eligible health and dependent care expenses.

Income Protection
Short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) benefits are optional benefits provided to AMT employees. Optional life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance are also available for employees to purchase for themselves, their spouse and their children.

Investment/Retirement
AMT offers a 401(k) savings and investment plan that allows employees to save their pay on a pre-tax basis.

Work/Life
AMT generally provides an average of 10 paid holidays per year and employees are eligible to begin earning additional paid time off (PTO) at their date of hire. AMT also conforms to the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

AMT offers various incentives to our employees such as home and auto insurance through GMAC, and discounts offered through various suppliers such as GM, Chrysler, CDW, The Palace of Auburn Hills, Verizon Wireless and more.
